Meet Us
Joel Schweiger grew up in California and after graduating from California Baptist University and coaching and managing swim teams and leading a pool management business, he was ready for a career shift. Having managed finances for both swim teams and swimming pools, Joel applied his vast knowledge to the business when he assumed management in 2014. Joel is driven, service oriented and aims to provide the highest quality service for his clients. In his time away from the office, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife Megan and children Hana and Torren and also finds the time to train for swimming, cycling and running and likes to compete whenever possible.

Megan Schweiger grew up in Eastern Washington and after a brief collegiate swimming career at University of Southern California in Los Angeles, graduated from Eastern Washington University. Megan pursued careers in the sports and marketing industries before bringing her skills to Rising Peaks in 2016 when she and husband Joel assumed ownership. Megan is dedicated, attentive and prides herself on providing quality work for her clients. In her time away from the office, Megan enjoys the outdoors and traveling but is happiest when spending time with Joel and kids Hana and Torren.
